Agile e6.2.1 - Java Client is a desktop application that connects to an Agile e6 server to deliver core product lifecycle management (PLM) capabilities in a secure, role-based interface. It centralizes product data, documents, and change processes so engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams can work from a single source of truth.

Key capabilities:

• Manage parts, bills of materials (BOMs), documents, variants, and revisions with check-in/check-out and full history.
• Initiate and track change requests and change orders with configurable workflows and approvals.
• Use advanced search, saved queries, and reporting to quickly find and reuse information.
• Enforce governance with role-based permissions, audit trails, and electronic signatures (where configured).
• Extend the environment via optional integrations, such as CAD and ERP connectors.
